Jacob Wesley Lewis, 81, of 315 N. West, St. Marys, died early Thursday morning in Joint Memorial Hospital
  where he had been a patient 2 1/2 months.
He was born Jan. 10, 1883 in Auglaize County. He was married Jan. 24, 1907, to Mathilda KOEHN, who
died in 1963.
Surviving are three sons, Ralph of St. Marys, Robert of Wapakoneta, and Lt. Col. Edward LEWIS, U. S.A.F.
Academy, Colorado Springs; a daughter, Mrs. Marguerite PENNOCK of San Francisco; nine grandchildren
 and nine great-grandchildren.
Mr. LEWIS retired in 1957 from Goodyear here.
He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Yoder-Long Funeral Home, St. Marys, with Roger G. Phillips
 officiating.
Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Mayme HEUSCH, 84, of 129 S. Main, died at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday in Joint Township Memorial
Hospital.
She was born Jan. 27, 1880, in Auglaize County, the daughter of Joseph and Arrilla (MILLER) DOWTY.
She was married Aug. 29, 1909, to Arthur A. HEUSCH, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. T.E. (Arrilla) BAUER, Rt. 2, St. Marys; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren;
a sister, Mrs. Effie BUEHLER of St. Marys; and a brother, Irvin DOWTY of Wapakoneta.
She was a member of the Methodist Church in St. Marys, the Women's Society of Christian Service and the
Ladies Bible Class.
Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Yoder-Long Funeral Home, with Rev. Bruce B. WENDT
officiating.
Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

David K. (Jake) HOLE, 89, Wapakoneta, died Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in St. Rita's Hospital, where he had
been a patient two days.
He was born Feb. 3, 1874, in Mercer County, the son of David and Jane (Van SCHOYCK) HOLE. He was
married in 1897, to Alice G. HOLE. She died in July 1947.
He is survived by two sons, Fred of Spencerville, and Joe of Wapakoneta; four daughters, Mrs. Delmar (Lettie)
NAUMBURG of Buckland, Mrs. Goldie WALDO of Toledo, Carrie HOLE and Mrs. David (Estella) RIDENOUR
of 324 1/2 S. Scott, Lima; nine grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
He was a retired farmer.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Siferd Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. C. David WRIGHT.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. Friday.

James (Ted) LOOMIS, 62, died at his residence, 425 W. Vine, at 4:30 a.m. today.
He was born May 17, 1901, in Auglaize County.
He was a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by four sisters, Mrs.E.W. (Maud) GROSS, 118 Haller; Mrs. Evelyn ALLEN, 1001 Holmes,
Mrs.Julia SYBERT, with whom he lived; and Mrs. Thelma SMITH, Rt. 1, Huntsville; and a brother, Joshua of Rt. 1, Ansonia.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Siferd Main Street Chapel with burial in Willow Branch Cemetery,
Waynesfield.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today.

Bessie Elizabeth SWEIGART, 64, of 815 Cleveland, died at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday at her home of a heart attack.
Born, Mar. 13, 1899 in Dunkirk, she was the daughter of Frank and Rose Ellen (BAUSMAN) Parker.
The family moved to St. Marys in 1901. In 1916, she was married to Orvil SWEIGART, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Merlin (Almalea) WINER and Mrs. Ivan (Beatrice) CHIVINGTON, both of St. Marys; and Mrs. Walter (Leona) SHEETS of Dayton; a sister, Mrs. John (Inez) SCHELL of St. Marys; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
. Two sons, Orvil and Carter, were killed in World War II.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Yoder-Long Funeral Home in St. Marys.
Rev. Frank HAMBLEN will officiate and burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery.
