He was born April 27, 1912, in Auglaize County to George and Sarah (Haberkamp) Katterheinrich. On Feb 2, 1935, he married Mary Lutterbeck, who survives in New Knoxville. He is also survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Diane, New Knoxville; and a grandson, Rob. He was preceded in death by an infant son and a son, Guy. Mr. Katterheinrich was retired from farming. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church with the Rev. David Hunt officiating. Burial will be in Pilger Ruhe Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home. The preferred memorial is to the church broadcast fund.
