Additional: Benjamin Lammers, 87, formerly of Apt D., Amherst Village, Sidney, died on Friday, Novemer 13, at 2:30 a.m. in the Sunny Acres Nursing Home, Sidney. He was born on September 4, 1894 in Auglaize County. On February 12, 1920 he married Louetta Kolthoff who survives. Other survivors include one son, Robert, Titusville, Fla. and one sister, Mrs. Salome Niemeyer, Lima. He was a retired farmer and a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Sidney. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Church with the Rev. Robert Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Pilger Ruhe Cemetery in New Knoxville. Friends may call at the Cromes Funeral Home, Sidney on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday until the time of the services at the church.
